Job Description
HM Tax Services Ltd. is looking for a full-time and permanent Administrative assistant at #100- 6338 Fraser St
Vancouver, BC, V5W 3A4.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 26.65/hr and 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices etc.
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material
Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Greet and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
May organize conferences
Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a one- or two-year college or another program for
administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience is required.
