Ignite Pizzeria Corp. established in 2017 is a Vancouver-based restaurant company engaged in the ownership, operation, and management of multiple pizza restaurant locations. The company specializes in artisan pizza production, food service operations, and hospitality management, with a focus on maintaining consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across its network of stores. Rate: $70,500 per year / 30 hours per week
Employment condition: Permanent employment – Full time

Education:
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or other trades certificate or diploma
or equivalent experience

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in pizza restaurant operations, business development, franchise support, or multi-unit restaurant management, including knowledge of pizza production processes, menu costing, inventory management, food-cost controls, and operational performance analysis.

Experience within the pizza restaurant industry is essential because the position is responsible for supporting the growth and performance of multiple pizza store locations through market development, operational assessments, sales initiatives, and business improvement strategies. The successful candidate must possess a working understanding of pizza production systems, ingredient sourcing, menu profitability, labour considerations, and customer preferences specific to the pizza sector. Experience in other restaurant segments will not provide the specialized industry knowledge required to effectively support the company’s business development objectives and operational standards.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Research pizza market trends and customer preferences.
• Evaluate customer experience and product quality across restaurant locations.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and promotions.
• Support development of pizza marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Review the performance of advertising and sales initiatives.
• Prepare market research and business performance reports.
• Support online ordering, delivery, and digital sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new store growth and market expansion.
