NEOD Contracting Ltd. – Construction Painting Supervisors Needed!!!

Job Location: Various client sites across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland, BC
Company Address: 1001-821 Cambie St, Vancouver, BC V6B 0E3

What we offer:

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Competitive hourly wage: $37.50

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years painting experience including supervisory/lead hand duties
  • English sufficient for crew/client coordination
  • High school diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & coordinate activities of painters and helpers; plan, schedule, and dispatch crews and equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints/specs, set work methods, and ensure quality standards and building code/safety compliance.
  • Estimate labour, time, and materials; order and track supplies; maintain job records and progress reports.
  • Train/mentor workers and enforce site safety.
  • Inspect work, resolve site issues, liaise with clients/GCs, and recommend personnel actions (hiring, promotions, discipline).
  • Hands-on support with complex prep/finishing when needed to keep schedules on track.
