Kosoo Restaurant located Vancouver downtown, is currently seeking qualified First Cook.

Work location: 832 Cardero Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2G5

Position: First Cook

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week)

Wage:  $28.85 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirement:

-3 years of commercial cooking experience

-Completion of Secondary School.

-English ability (able to communicate) is required

Main Job Duties:

– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

– Prepare and cook complete meals

– Inspect Kitchen and food service area

– Train staff in preparation and handling of food

– Manage kitchen operation

– Co-ordinate special events

– Determine the size of food portions and costs

– Assist in planning menus
