Job Description

We are looking for Flower Store Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Position: Flower Store Manager, Full time, Permanent

Wage Rate and working hours: $41 per hour / 30 Hours per week

Work Location: 2130 Western Pkwy Vancouver, BC, V6T 1V6

Start date: as soon as possible

 

Main Duties:

Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations

Manage staff and assign duties

Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes and develop and implement marketing strategies

Determine products and services to be sold

Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Oversee payroll administration

Conduct performance reviews

 

Requirement:

– 3 year of work experience in retail or wholesale or related

– College diploma or higher

– Able to communicate in English
