Super Thai Food is looking for experienced Food Truck Manager

Position: Food Truck Manager, Permanent, Full-Time Position

Wage: $35/hr, Working 30 ~ 40 hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Work location: 3288 Turner St Vancouver, BC V5K 2H3

Job Duties:

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Determine type of services to be offered

– Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget

– Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

– Organize and maintain inventory

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food, materials and other supplies

– Negotiate with clients for special events and manage them

– Address customers’ complaints or concerns

– Provide customer service

Job requirement:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– High school graduation

– Able to communicate in English
