Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team to maintain landscapes in various settings (strata or commercial) to a high standard

· Perform and supervise various landscaping tasks, including lawn care, pruning, bedwork, pesticide application, and planting

· Assess the health of lawns

· Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases

· Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other uses

· Organize materials and supervise a team of up to 5 people

· Set work schedules and procedures

· Coordinate activities with other groups working on job sites

· Resolve work-related problems

· Provide training to group members and clients

· Train staff

Qualifications:

· Expert knowledge of pruning and plant identification

· Proficiency with landscaping tools and equipment

· Exemplary leadership and mentorship abilities

· Knowledge of pest identification and management

· Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license with a clear record

· Experience in residential landscaping projects

· Strong communication skills with clients and strata managers （Efficient interpersonal skills）
