Kawakubo Sushi is looking for Operations Manager.

Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic

Position: Operations Manager, Restaurant, Full time, Permanent

Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9

Responsibilities:

– Plan, organize and control the operations of a restaurant and food service

– Plan and determine type of services to be offered

– Recruit staff and responsible for staff training

– Manage staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

– Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, operational procedures or cost whenever necessary

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

– Resolve customer complaints

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirement:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector with some supervisory experience

– Able to communicate in English

– Has good time management and supervising skills

– Completion of High School

Compensation and working hours:

– $30 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly
