Wage: $36.60 per hour

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Job duties

·         Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service.

·         Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating employees to ensure performance standards are met.

·         Monitor food quality, service standards and overall guest satisfaction.

·         Help manage inventory, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

·         Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

·         Assist with cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic financial record‑keeping.

·         Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

·         Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

·         Help implement company policies, promotional activities, and operational improvements.

·         Step in to lead the team in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.

Job Requirements

·         Completion of secondary school required; post-secondary education in hospitality or related field is an asset.

·         Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service or supervisory roles.

·         Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

·         Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards

Work Conditions

·         Fast-paced environment

·         Standing for extended periods of time

·         Weekend, evening and holiday shifts as required
