Job Description
2 Full-time Cooks needed for Seacastle Enterprises Inc DBA Burger King at #105-910 Government St, Victoria, BC, V8W 1Y3. (Even though this position is a full-time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well. Salary is 20 dollars per hour and no of hours are 40 per week.
Job Description:
Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
May hire and train kitchen staff.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School. At least 2-3 years experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment.
