Enterprise resource planning (ERP) manager – NOC 20012
We are looking for a hardworking and innovative individual with strong technical and leadership skills to join our company in the role of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation and upgrade of business computer systems and related projects. Lead and support teams of specialists to design customized solutions for clients.
· Collaborate with the cyber security team to develop and implement security measures within the ERP system to safeguard sensitive data.
· Develop and implement security policies, procedures & controls to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
· Collaborate with business units, clients, and vendors to determine systems requirements and specifications and ensure that business systems are integrated and align with the needs and objectives of the client.
· Provide support and training to team members and end-users of the ERP system.
· Analyze data within the systems to provide insights of the business performance and areas of improvement.
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.
· Develop, manage, and control budget, staffing and expenditures.
· Oversee technicians and programmers of the department, and monitor their performance and training.
Required Education and Experience: Related University/College degree and 2 or more years of experience in a similar role.

Working hours: 30 hours per week
Work location: Same as company location
Job Type: Full time- Permanent
Wage: $57.00 /Hour (Over time rate: $85.50 for each hour worked beyond 40 hours per week).
Benefits: Standard (includes 10 days vacation per year, or as required by province and local laws).
