To help us continue delivering high-quality experience, we are looking for a friendly, reliable Food Counter Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet guests, take food orders, and provide helpful information about The Chopped Leaf’s menu

· Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to questions, accommodating dietary needs or preferences, and ensuring a positive in-store experience

· Wash, chop, and portion fresh vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients

· Assist in the assembly and preparation of menu items such as Bowls, Wraps, Salads, and Soups using various kitchen equipment while ensuring consistent quality and portion control

· Package meals for takeout or arrange items for dine-in service, following food presentation guidelines

· Keep all work areas clean and organized, including food prep stations, service counters, and dishwashing areas, while meeting health, safety, and sanitation standards

· Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and trays to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area

· Receive and unpack food and supply deliveries; help maintain accurate records of inventory, food waste, equipment issues

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: No formal education required

· Experience: Training will be provided; previous experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
