Job Title: Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201)

Job Start Date: As soon as Possible
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Wages: $17.40- $17.75 per hr, 32- 40 hrs. per week

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Take Customer’s Orders
May receive payment for food items purchased.
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units.
Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load bus pans and trays.
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans.
Keep records of the quantities of food used, Package take-out food, Portion and wrap foods.
Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
