We are seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team. The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements
• Measure, mark, and cut glass to required dimensions using appropriate tools and equipment
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, and other glass products
• Fabricate and construct frames and supports for glass installation
• Position and secure glass panes into frames using sealants, fasteners, and glazing materials
• Install windows and glass doors, ensuring proper alignment and sealing
• Repair and service windows, doors, and related glass components
• Replace damaged glass units, glass products, and defective sealants
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, fit, and compliance with specifications
• Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, swing stages, and rigging as required
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school
• 3-4 years of experience in the trade
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction environment across residential job sites
• Work at heights and use of ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Physically demanding work involving lifting, handling glass, and precision installation
