Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards. Quality Control: Ensure that all food is of high quality, well-seasoned, and presented attractively. Station Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders. Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a busy restaurant setting. Knowledge: Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Skills: Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
