Job Description

2011050 Alberta Ltd is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors (2 positions available)

Job location: Avologi Eneo store at Mayfair Shopping Centre,

#221 – 3147 Douglas St, Victoria BC, V8Z 6E3.

F/Time, Perm, Shifts, Weekends

Salary – $23.50 hourly

Skills requirements: good English, customer service oriented.
Previous experience in retail sales is required,
Previous experience as a supervisor is an asset.

Education: Secondary school.

Main duties:

·      Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff,

·      Hire and train of new sales staff,

·      Assign sales workers to duties,

·      Resolve customer complaints,

·      Control sales report and order merchandise,

·      Authorize payments and the return of merchandise,

·      Sell merchandise,

·      Keep with Malls’ laws and regulations.
