Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar setting

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisory level in a supermarket or similar retail environment.
  Minimum 1 year of experience with Asian products.

On-site

• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Assign sales workers to duties
  Order merchandise
  Authorize return of merchandise
  Establish work schedules
  Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  Organize and maintain inventory
  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  Conduct performance reviews
  Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers
