Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties.
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
Order merchandise.
Authorize return of merchandise.
Establish work schedules.
Sell merchandise, receive shipments, monitor fuel pricing and update pricing according to company guidelines.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers of cashier and salesperson
Manage cash
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
Ensure all licenses, permits and required documentation remain current
Conduct regular inspections of fuel pumps, tanks, equipment, refrigeration units, and other facilities including car wash, arranging repairs and maintenance as needed.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and fuel handling regulations.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Should handle weight upto 50 lb.
