Position: Café Manager

Café name: Cafe C’est si bon

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Location: 1425 Marine Drive suite 240 West Vancouver, BC V7T 1B9

Wage and hours: $35 hourly, 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
– Plan and organize daily operations and evaluate daily operations

– Determine type of services to be

– Modify food preparation methods and menu prices or arrangement according to the cafe budget

– Monitor staff performance and oversee staff training

– Set staff work schedules

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

– Address customers’ complaints or concerns

– Manage events

Job Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience
• Completion of high school
• Able to communicate in English
