Job Description

Ssal Sushi & Grill in West Vancouver BC is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager

 

Position: Restaurant Manager

Working condition: Full time, Permanent

Work location: 1739 Marine Dr West Vancouver, BC V7V 1J5

Wage Rate: $28.85 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week

Duties:

-Manage, plan and control the operations of restaurant daily activities

-Oversee cash and budget control consistently according to restaurant policy

-Determine or upgrade type of services to be offered

-Monitor, anticipate and react to customer needs and resolve customer complaints consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

-Ensure health and safety regulations

– Monitor staff performance

-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for business relation satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

– 3 years of work experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience

– Secondary (High School) Education

– Able to communicate in English

– Available to work in evening and weekends
