Location:            2 – 220 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R 0M5

Position:             Nail Care Technician (NOC 63211)

Wage:                 $18 per hour

Type:                   Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

Schedule:           Day, Evening, Oncall, Shift, Weekend

Vacancy:            1 position

 

OVERVIEW:

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Worksite environment: Odours

Work setting: Relocation costs covered by the employer; Willing to relocate; Esthetician’s salon

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Make custom designs for clients

·       Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art

·       Clean, trim and polish nails

·       Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions

·       Maintain and build own clientele

·       Perform cashiering duties

·       Schedule and confirm appointments

·       Manicures

·       Pedicures

·       Provide customer service

 

Area of work experience: Esthetician, Manicurist, Pedicurist, Nail and lash applicator
