Job Description

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Specialise in making authentic Indian dishes like butter chicken, biryani, tikki, samosa and dal etc.
Prepare high quality food ingredients such as curries, gravy and sauces.
Prepare and cook special meals as per customer satisfaction.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work areaof food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May plan menus, determine size May hire and train kitchen staff
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Manage kitchen operations
Enjoy working flexible shifts including weekends and nights
