Position: Kitchen Helper (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: Asia Palace, Winnipeg, MB

Wage: $15.5 – $17 per hour

Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Kitchen Helper at Asia Palace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include:

u Assisting in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of chefs.

u Washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

u Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

u Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.

u Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

u Assisting in dishwashing and waste disposal.

u Following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

u Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

u Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

u Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

u Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

u Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

u Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

u Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
