Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and make sure the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards is clean, comfortable, and well-staffed
- Arrange appointments for clients and create work schedules for staff
- Monitor salon inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Monitor staff’s performance and provide guidance to them
- Design and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
- Hire, train and coach salon staff
- Handle customer complaints and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform salon services for customers as needed
