Job Description
Duties:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and inspection programs for cardboard box manufacturing.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet customer specifications, food-packaging material standards, and company quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished cardboard boxes.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support the implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety programs throughout the manufacturing facility.
Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct supplier quality evaluations and monitor incoming material quality performance.
Maintain health and safety records, inspection reports, and corrective action documentation.
Deliver or coordinate employee training on quality, safety, fire prevention, and workplace procedures.
Participate in customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
