Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
Essential Skills:

Duties:
⦁ Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
⦁ Provide Technical support to our customers, troubleshoot and fix any problems
over the phone or in person for smooth business operations.
⦁ Install, service and upgrade devices.
⦁ Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
⦁ Follow up on customer interactions.
⦁ Share testing and product knowledge with other customers.
⦁ Work with team to resolve equipment failure.
⦁ Redesign/ update applications to improve customer satisfaction.
