Salary: $26.00/hour
Term of employment: Fulltime permanent position (30 – 40 hours/week)

We are looking for a Nail salon supervisor to join our team. The main role is to supervisor and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervision, Leadership and Training
- Provide coaching and training to adhere to the spa hygiene and safety standards as well as the company policies;
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations;
- Address conflicts or issues that may arise among staff members in a timely and constructive manner to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate daily salon operations, including work scheduling, appointment bookings, and staff rotations to ensure proper cover during peak and off-peak hours;
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery;
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards;
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
Customer Service Excellence
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met;
- Monitor client feedback and take necessary actions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school completion
- Min 1 year of experience as a nail salon supervisor
- Knowledge of nail care and products
- Customer oriented
