No of hours are 40 per week.

Job Description/Duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

Oversee kitchen operations.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

May clean kitchen and work area.

May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.

Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the

combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen

environment
