Job Description

Sushi Hana Japanese Restaurant Ltd. dba Sushi GO is looking for a permanent full-time cook.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook complete meals

-Supervise kitchen helpers;

-Manage kitchen operations;

-Ensure food service and quality control;

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;

-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;

-Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

 

Education, skills and experience required:
– Completion of high school
– Minimum 3-year experience as a cook or kitchen helper in commercial environment
– High interpersonal skills.

Language: Communication skills in English

Compensation: $19.00/hour, 40hrs/week, Gratuities, Staff meals
