Job Description
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Develop menus and calculate food quantities required
Cook full meals or individual dishes with attention to detail and presentation
Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and assistants
Train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards
Inspect kitchen and service areas to maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
Manage inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment
Order necessary ingredients, supplies, and kitchen equipment as needed
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
