Job Description

Operational Management: Plan and oversee daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and storage to ensure accurate, timely, and safe material handling.
Team Leadership & Safety: Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance, while maintaining a safe environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
Inventory Control: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and spot counts, resolving any stock discrepancies immediately.
Performance Tracking: Utilize warehouse technology (e.g., WMS) to manage logistics and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for efficiency.
Maintenance & Security: Ensure equipment (forklifts, scanners) is maintained and secure, keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
