Job Description

We are seeking a kind, reliable Care Provider to support a young adult woman with physical and developmental disabilities in a private home setting.

The individual receiving care is a warm and friendly woman in her 20s who enjoys music, and community activities.

Job Details

  • Location: Langley, BC (on-site only, no remote option)
  • Wage: $25.00 per hour
  • Hours: 30 hours per week (full-time)
  • Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends may be required

Job Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Experience is an asset; training will be provided
  • Language: English required; Korean is an asset
  • Other: Criminal Record Check required

Job Duties

  • Provide personal care and bedside assistance
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Support with medication reminders/assistance
  • Prepare and assist with meals
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany client on walks and community outings
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • IMPORTANT: Assist with client transfers and mobility, including non-weight-bearing transfers; the position involves physical tasks and the ability to perform them safely.
