Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role requires a professional with strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a dynamic environment. Prior experience in property management, familiarity with QuickBooks, and strong organizational skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools
Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for potential tenants
Support bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks / Excel and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with customer service inquiries, providing support via phone, email, or in person
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and customer support experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
