Position: Farm Supervisor (NOC 82030).

Company: Ngoc Minh Farm Ltd.

Location: 3622 232nd Street Langley, BC V2Z 2H4

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site

Wage: $26.00/hr, 40+ hours/week

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Duration: 2 years

Positions Available: 1

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Maintain work records and logs
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm duties
Credentials & Qualifications

Highschool diploma is required

Experience & Specialization

2 years or more working experience in mushroom farming
English: Basic communication, Vietnamese is an asset
Area of work experience

Organic farming
Wet/Damp/Odors/Dusty
Hot/Cold/Refrigerated
Work conditions and physical capabilities

Handling heavy loads
Physically demanding
Standing for extended periods
Bending, crouching, kneeling
