Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Morning, Day, and Evening shifts

U.R.DENTAL INC. is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our growing dental clinic team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities
Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
Send and receive messages
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare invoices and bank deposits
Provide general information to clients and the public
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform data entry
Provide customer service
File material in storage area
Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
Label, file and retrieve documents
Organize and schedule office work
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
Previous office or administrative experience is considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Basic computer and administrative knowledge
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
