Job Description:
The position involves working on different types of industrial sewing machines making filter bags for dust collectors, destinated for the industries. (feed off, plain, overlock, walking foot, etc.) depending on the different stages of filter bags assembly.
Tasks to be performed:
* Assemble filters and/or related supplies using the appropriate machine
* Work in collaboration with other sewers to ensure the production of filters
* Be methodical and efficient to ensure that production is carried out optimally and according to our high-quality standards
Desired Skills:
Have experience and the knowledge of producing different type of filter bags for dust collector (Felt, Aramid, Polyester, etc)
Leadership
Knowledge of plain, overlock, walking foot, feed-off, and other industrial sewing machines
Good dexterity
Ability to maintain a steady work pace
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work and collaborate with other sewers
Enthusiasm
Punctuality
Attention to detail
Having at least 3 to 5 years of experience working with industrial machines would be a significant asset
