Job Description

Seacastle Enterprises Inc DBA Burger King is seeking 2 Cooks at #1681 Old Island Highway, Victoria, B.C, V9B 1H9. (Even Though this full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). The salary is 20 dollars per hour. No of hours are 40 per week.

Job Description/Duties:

Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.

Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

Oversee kitchen operations.

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

May clean kitchen and work area.

May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.

May hire and train kitchen staff.

Requirements: Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years of experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
