- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters into smaller, usable portions for processing and packaging
- Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat for sale
- Remove bones from meat efficiently and safely
- Cut poultry into parts and grind meats as needed
- Prepare custom and special orders based on customer requests
- Arrange attractive displays of meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Shape, tie, and lace roasts and other specialty meat items.
