We are full service Korean style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking experienced Head Chef.

Working (Business) Location: 650 Yates St Victoria, British Columbia V8W 1L3

Position: Head Chef

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~35 hours per week)

Wage: $34.70 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

– Prepare and cook food on a regular basis and for special guests

– Estimate labour costs

– Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

– Consult with clients regarding events and specialty functions

– Supervise activities of other chefs and cooks

Requirement:

– 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation

– Completion of secondary school

– Able to communicate in English.
