Blue Diamond Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate food service operations, and ensure high standards of customer service and food quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Wage: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:
Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekends
Requirements:
·       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
·       1 year to less than 2 years of experience
·       Criminal record check required
Job Duties:
·       Establish methods to meet work schedules
·       Requisition food and kitchen supplies
·       Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
·       Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
·       Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns
·       Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
·       Prepare food order summaries for chef
·       Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
·       Establish employee work schedules
Supervision:
·       11–15 people
